Breanna Urello, Pa.C.P, is a Real Estate Paralegal for ABE Settlement Services and a member of ABE’s Real Estate Group.

Breanna is best known for her comprehensive expertise in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Since graduating from DeSales University, Breanna has carved out a strong reputation for her meticulous and client-centered approach to every transaction.

After earning her degree, Breanna advanced her legal knowledge by obtaining a paralegal certificate from Lehigh Carbon Community College. To better serve her clients in a complex and ever-changing real estate landscape, she further honed her skills to become a certified title agent, notary public, and certified paralegal.

Breanna excels in performing her daily responsibilities at ABE Settlement Services, which include performing detailed title due diligence reviews and expertly drafting legal agreements. She manages real estate transactions, taking them from initial agreements to the final closing, ensuring a seamless process for all involved parties. Beyond these core tasks, Breanna also provides a variety of general real estate support services, further showcasing her adaptability and breadth of skills in the field.

She is adept at finding innovative solutions to complex real estate issues, always ensuring her clients’ best interests are protected. Her relentless commitment to excellence and service sets her apart in the industry, marking her as an invaluable asset in any real estate transaction.

Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A., Breanna worked at a boutique law firm as a Real Estate paralegal.
