Theresa A. Guernsey, a Real Estate Paralegal and notary, has been conducting residential real estate closings for more than 25 years. She is experienced in all aspects of residential real estate closings, including title clearance, completion of title searches, review and preparation of agreements of sale, preparation of deeds and e-recording of same. She works closely with Realtors and lenders to comply with all regulations to ensure a timely and worry free settlement.
